● GP REFERRAL​: If you wish to claim a Medicare rebate for this appointment (approx $73.00), you need a valid GP referral. This will also greatly assist our doctors in assessing your current medical condition. Kindly ensure that this has been faxed or emailed to us prior to your consultation
