Lisette’s journey from 180 to 108 – Part 1

We were all so happy to see Lisette last week when she came into the office for her review appointment with Dr Arun.

Lisette had a mini bypass in December 2019. When she first came to see us she was unhappy and was very limited with the amount of physical exercise she could do.

In her photo she was at her brother’s wedding. She tells me that she had just finishing chasing her nephew around and could hardly get her speech out because she was so short of breath!

That’s all changed now that Lisette has lost a staggering 72kg! She was very excited and so are we!
