Are You Ready to Transform?

Lisa was never ready for this. She could never imagine a life looking and feeling normal.

Until one day… she had to make a decision. A decision to let go of the pain. Let go of the shame. And more importantly a decision to let go of the doubt.

She rose to become a better version of herself.

She decided to Transform.

Lisa had always been a large girl and her weight had started to significantly affect her quality of life. She always wanted to be a professional fire fighter, however, her lack of energy and poor self-esteem were her biggest barriers. Food would provide comfort for the emotions of poor self-esteem and shame, however, would leave her feeling guilty.

One day she came across a friend of hers who encouraged her to consider the idea of weight loss surgery. Lisa decided to explore this option further. As each they passed in her journey of exploration she started to become more and more convinced that she was ready to take this leap. She read about successes and also about failures. Until a time came when she was ready to make a decision.

A decision that was hard but was full of hope.

A decision that had the potential to change the future trajectory of her life.

A decision to realise her goals of being a professional fire fighter.

Lisa has not looked back since having gastric sleeve surgery. Her journey is proof that a safe, considered and measured approach toward weight management combined with a mindset that is primed to learn and apply, is indeed a recipe for long term health and wellness.
